Fear, Insecurity and Anxiety can be an overwhelming experience, but there are ways to manage it and find peace. One of the most important things to remember is that stillness is key. When we learn to be still and present in the moment, fear and anxiety lose their grip on us.
FEAR or False Expectations Appearing Real, is merely a creation of our minds.
Sitting with Our Emotions
It's crucial to sit with our emotions instead of running from them. When we resist our emotions, they persist. What we avoid tends to follow us even closer. By simply being in a relaxed and accepting state, all other suffering starts to disappear. Connect with the moment, connect with your Breath. So breath consciously, be aware of each inhale and every exhale. Inhale love, exhale fear. If this is to easy, then why don’t you try it. If you want change you have to change something. And all starts with awareness. Being present is being real. Being in you mind, is being everywhere else but not here in the now.
Love is the Answer
In times of fear, bring love. In moments of despair, bring peace. Don’t let life pass you by, missing out on the most important things: being happy, laughing, and enjoying life. Avoid blaming others or pointing fingers. Don’t dwell on past grievances or stay in the victim role. These are just excuses to avoid taking back your power. It is you opportunity to be here and be real.

Ask yourself, why are you giving your power away?
Embrace the power within you to change your perspective and your reality. You have the strength and the capability to live a life full of joy and love. Remember, you are here to be happy and to enjoy life to its fullest. You win always. Just believe it. Crate it. and Live it.
