For me Sankalpa is as important in yoga als Savasana and I always encourage to affirm your Sankalpa or Affirmations. But why are Affirmations so important?
Because a Sankalpa or an Affirmation are a powerful tools that can help us bring positive changes into our lives. In this newsletter, I want to explain the importance of affirmations, introduce the teachings of the Sutras about Sankalpa, and share some beautiful affirmations that you can incorporate into your daily routine.
